Using our senses to develop our bonds and connections with Nature can inspire us, help us to pause from our busy daily activities and to be mindful and can help us to feel more grounded. I am a Careers and Wellbeing Coach and I work closely with Nature in my workshops and coaching sessions.
Nature really is the best medicine - using our five senses we can absorb and connect with the natural world around us. For centuries many cultures have recognised the healing powers of simply connecting with nature.
Getting outside and taking in your environment lifts your mood even the scientists have proven this  - marvel at nature as it appears and unfolds before your very eyes.........
